Rename Meriden

JOIN MY CAMPAIGN TO GET THE BOUNDARY COMMISSION FOR ENGLAND TO RENAME MERIDEN CONSTITUENCY, 'SOLIHULL EAST & MERIDEN'

Saqib Bhatti, Member of Parliament for Meriden, has appealed to the Boundary Commission for England to change the name of his constituency from Meriden to 'Solihull East and Meriden'.

Saqib said:

“It is right to have a constituency name that represents even more of my constituents but also to keep a vital part of our constituency’s history. I am hopeful that this will support efforts to encourage greater voter participation in the area and foster deeper ties within the community.”
