Last Friday, Saqib dropped in to meet with the Work and Pensions team to chat with them about any issues they have been facing recently.
Saqib commenting said "It was interesting to hear about the strides they are making in helping people get good-quality jobs and return to the workplace. Getting people back into work is the first step towards growth and the team over at the centre do a fantastic job in helping guide people to employment.
As a Member of Parliament, a number of DWP related cases come across my desk, so it was certainly a welcome experience to speak directly with the local team who are on the ground talking to people every day.
