It was a pleasure to welcome pupils from Greswold Primary School to Parliament last week!
The students enjoyed a tour of the Palace of Westminster, learning about the history of Parliament and how laws are made. We also had a great Q&A session where they asked thoughtful questions about my role as their local Member of Parliament and the work that goes on behind the scenes.
I was really impressed by their curiosity, enthusiasm and knowledge. It’s always inspiring to see young people taking such an interest in how our democracy works.
A big thank you to the pupils, teachers and staff from Greswold Primary School for visiting, I hope you all had a memorable day in Parliament!
