.

Today, following my letter to the Attorney General to have the sentence of convicted pedophile Daniel Clarke’s sentence reviewed, I raised the case in the House of Commons.

I welcome the Attorney General’s decision to review the sentence under the Unduly Lenient Sentence scheme. This is a vital step toward ensuring that justice is properly served—not only for the victims, but for the safety of all children.

We must ensure horrific sex offenders such as Clarke have the book thrown at them, as the safety of our children must always come first.
