It was a real pleasure to host my business forum and bring together so many local business owners, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders. Hearing directly from those driving growth in our community is invaluable, and I’m grateful to everyone who took the time to share their experiences, challenges, and ideas.
We had a productive discussion on the issues that matter most to businesses from access to finance and skills, to cutting red tape and creating the right conditions for growth and investment. These conversations help ensure that the voices of business are heard loud and clear in Parliament. We also had the opportunity to hear from Dame Harriett Baldwin MP, Shadow Minister for Business.
Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed so constructively. I remain committed to championing enterprise, supporting local businesses, and working to ensure our economy delivers opportunity and prosperity for all.
Thank you to Solihull Moors for hosting us!
