This week, we remember and honour all the babies gone too soon, and stand in solidarity with the families who carry their love and grief every day.
As the Vice Chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Baby Loss, I am proud to work alongside colleagues, charities, and bereaved families to push for better care, support, and understanding around baby loss. This is an issue that touches so many lives but is still too often shrouded in silence.
I'm also incredibly proud to have the Lily Mae Foundation based right here in Meriden and Solihull East.
The work they do supporting families after the devastating loss of a baby is nothing short of vital. It was a real privilege to join them on their podcast earlier this year to talk about the importance of awareness, access to bereavement care, and the power of community in the healing process.
